WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of the bill.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. You must also provide the original bill or receipt as proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?

No, we do not offer refunds. We only provide product exchanges.

What if I have removed the tags from the product?

Products with removed tags are not eligible for exchange. The tags must be intact and attached to the product.

What if the product is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange for a new, non-defective item. The same conditions apply: the product must have all its original tags and you must have the original bill.

How do I initiate an exchange?

To start an exchange, please bring the product to our store along with the original bill. Our staff will assist you with the exchange process.

What if the product I want to exchange is out of stock?

If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, you can choose another product of equal or greater value.
